Description   For more than 20 years, the Attack adjustable basketball goal has been the perfect answer for families wishing to have a high quality basketball system at their homes. The USA-made Attack is also an ideal choice for institutional settings such as schools and city parks. The Attack has a 3/16″ thick 4″x4″ square post. The adjustment mechanism allows the goal to be cranked down to as low as 5’6″ so even the youngest of players can work on their game. The Attack utilizes the “Spring Assist” mechanism, developed by First Team, to aid in raising and lowering the rim height of the goal. When the rim height is at 10′, the distance from the backboard to the post is 36″. The Attack is mounted to the ground using a bolt down anchor system. This system is much easier to install than direct bury poles and, additionally, allows the goal to be relocated if that is ever needed. The Attack features the First Team Weatherguard rustproof undercoat protection which galvanizes the steel prior to powder coating. The Attack comes in seven different backboard and rim combinations. Backboards are available in tempered glass, clear acrylic, steel, and aluminum in sizes ranging for 36″x48″ to 36″x60″.
