Thank you for shopping at Elara. We hope you love your new pearl jewellery. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. This Return and Refund Policy explains your options for returning and exchanging items purchased from our online store.

1. Returns

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. And you must produce the opening video of the parcel.

Return Period

⏰ You have 10 days from the date you received your item to initiate a return.

Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  2. Our team will initiate the return and provide you all the details of the pick-up of the parcel with a return authorization.
  3. Securely package your item, including all original packaging, and give it to the delivery agent to the address provided.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable:

  • Gift cards
  • Customized or personalized items
  • Items purchased on sale or clearance

2. Refunds

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved Refunds

If your return is approved, we will process your refund to your original method of payment within 10 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once your refund has been processed.

Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be granted for items that are not in their original condition, are damaged, or have missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

Late or Missing Refunds

3. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us at [email protected] with your order number and details about the product.
