AS-205 is a 100% neutral-cure silicone sealant whose formula provides superior adhesion and durability in a wide range of glazing, weather sealing, and industrial applications. It complies with the FDA testing method intended for direct food contact. It has excellent resistance to weathering, UV radiation, vibration, moisture, ozone, temperature extremes, airborne pollutants, and many cleaning detergents and solvents. It is ideal for glazing applications, sealing metal lap joints in roofing, guttering, and cladding applications. It will bond to form a strong, weatherproof seal on most common building materials, such as aluminium, galvanised steel, zinc-coated steel, painted surfaces, glass, brick, concrete, marble, and mirror bonding.
