Description PIUSI B.SMART Cloud-Based Fuel Management System The Piusi B.SMART Fuel Management System is Piusi’s first fully cloud-based solution, designed to give fleet managers real-time, remote visibility and control over fuel usage across single or multiple sites. This B.Smart Cube 70 comes complete with a built in 70 l/min pump providing a full all in one solution.  Using a licensed iOS or Android mobile app, drivers activate fuel dispensing via Bluetooth. Once refuelling is complete, transaction data is automatically transmitted to the cloud, allowing fleet managers to monitor fuel activity instantly through a single, user-friendly online web portal accessible via PC, tablet, or smartphone—anywhere, anytime. This removes the need for manual reporting or on-site visits. A major advantage of the Piusi B.SMART system is that, unlike many other cloud-based fuel management solutions, there are no ongoing subscription or hosting fees. You purchase the system once, with no recurring costs. Fleet managers can view detailed refuelling reports including date, time, fuel quantity, driver, vehicle, odometer readings, dispenser, and site. Access control can also be managed remotely, allowing managers to add or remove driver permissions at any time. Only authorised drivers with a licensed mobile app can dispense fuel, effectively preventing unauthorised usage. The system comes with an unlimited vehicle license, which any driver can access allowing them to select the correct reg or fleet number from the drop down menu or by searching the reg. or fleet number of the vehicle. Upon doing so, they can enter the mileage or hour reading on the machine and can then choose to fill or set a pre-determined refuelling amount. Once dispensing is completed, the APP sends the information to the cloud including the time, date, driver, reg, mileage & litres. B.Smart Cloud Portal Manager Access Anyone with manager access can log in to the online portal remotely, which can be done anytime, anywhere and from any device such as PC, tablet, phone etc. Allowing multiple managers to log in simultaneously. From the manager portal you can manage drivers & vehicles, view transactions as they happen and have access to in depth reporting facilities. There is no reliance on any hardware such as USB ports, servers etc. to obtain the information as the system is entirely cloud based. Drivers and vehicles can be managed on the portal with the ability to temporarily block users from the pump if required. Access is also restricted to users who are set up on the cloud, preventing unauthorised users accessing the pump. Creating Usage Reports Managers can create usage reports based on specific date ranges, specific vehicles, pumps, drivers etc. The system guarantees accurate information & allows managers to monitor fuel usage far more precisely as the drivers are prompted for information through the APP making it much easier and faster when refilling Future Proofing Your System There is no hosting charges or annual fees for the cloud system. it is also entirely expandable to meet the needs of a growing business, with an unlimited vehicle license and a scalable about of driver licenses available. There is also the ability to manage multiple pumps, from multiple different sites from the one manager portal.
