Once refuelling is complete, all transaction data is automatically uploaded to the cloud. Fleet managers can instantly monitor fuel usage through a centralised, easy-to-use online portal, accessible from PC, tablet, or smartphone—anytime, anywhere in Ireland. This removes the need for manual fuel logs, paperwork, or on-site inspections. The system includes an unlimited vehicle licence, allowing any authorised driver to select the correct vehicle registration or fleet number from a dropdown menu or search function. Before dispensing fuel, drivers enter the vehicle mileage or machine hour reading and can choose to refuel fully or set a pre-determined fuel amount. Once dispensing is complete, the app automatically sends all refuelling data to the cloud, including date, time, driver, vehicle registration, mileage, and litres dispensed—ensuring accurate fuel tracking across Irish fleets. B.SMART Cloud Portal – Manager Access Fleet managers can log in to the B.SMART cloud portal remotely at any time, from any device, including PC, tablet, or smartphone. Multiple managers can access the portal simultaneously.
