PLASTIC BAG FILTER HOUSINGS To Suit Trade Size 1-2 Bag Filters Our Plastic Bag Filter Housings are manufactured from a durable UPVC material, offering excellent resistance to various solutions (including acids, alkalis and sea water). Often used as an alternative to stainless steel, these bag housings are lightweight, durable and highly effective at removing bulk particulate from a liquid solution. Available to suit either trade size 1 or trade size 2 industry standard bag filters, which we stock in either polypropylene or nylon across a range of micron ratings (up to 200 micron). Once installed, the lifespan of the bag filter can easily be checked using the inlet pressure gauge mounted on the top of the housing. When a pressure drop of 1 bar is noticed, the bag filter should be cleaned or replaced as appropriate for your application.
